A Walk Through the Woods

Good morning, House of Madness residents:

Do you like nature? If so, there's nothing better than a nice stroll down your favourite path, through your favourite park, or especially a hike through your favourite woods. It's great exercise, does wonders for your blood sugar, and can astronomically impact your mental health - although whether you go during the day or at night could dictate just what side of your mental state nature is really on. Just thought I'd share a short clip of a midnight jaunt through the forest, as to illustrate my point, and let you experience what it feels like to be in the middle of nowhere without the sun to keep you company.
