Good morning, House of Madness grievers:
If you had questions nobody could answer to alleviate your suffering, would you consider turning to an unknown entity that could? Surely bargaining with the unknown can have catastrophic results, but what if you couldn't go on living without learning the truth about what's consuming your mind? What if someone really could save you up to 15% without switching to Geico; would you take the chance? What if after nearly four decades without a sniff, someone told you with pristine confidence that they knew where to find the beef? Still not convinced? OK, what if someone ensured you that Trix weren't just for kids after all, and you could gorge yourself on bowl-fulls of sugary delight as often as you liked? Other than how old these questions are making me feel, I admit that none of these scenarios sound overly appealing when it comes to receiving one of them in exchange for bargaining with the devil; however, if the stakes were much higher and something of the utmost importance were to be received for your evil negotiating, then perhaps you'd be willing to delve into the underworld of bartering with the unknown.
Kevin (Peter Mullan) has been haunted by grief and his inner demons for far too long, and has questions which only the recently deceased can possibly answer. In steps Baghead, a shape-shifting witch with the capabilities to channel the dead in unspeakable ways, and could provide many of the answers Kevin has been searching for all this time. So many times in this world we're told if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, but when you spend every waking hour of every solemn day suffering, perhaps it's high time you rolled the dice and took a chance at the unexplainable; just pray you don't hit snake-eyes.
"Baghead" is currently in post-production, and is slated to be released later on in 2023. For more info, click here.
