Don't Open the Door

Good morning, House of Madness demons:

Remember your first school dance? Your first date? Your first kiss? Your first........curse? Well, if you're dating Lydia (Alexis Knapp), you might just want to try your best to get locked in the dreaded 'friend zone', and leave the romance to those who don't care about frivolous things such as holding hands, kissing, feelings, and staying alive. Sometimes the price of admission buys you nothing more than disappointment after a film, heartburn after a bad slice of pizza, or even a future filled with doom after telling someone you love them. No, I'm not talking about settling down and watching 'Sweet Home Alabama' on a Friday night with your girl instead of getting plastered with your buddies, I'm talking about saying those three little words and having to face horrors much worse than showing affection in public while you pretend to enjoy conversations about Pottery Barn.

No, no, no, if you're going to date Lydia hoping to see things through into what you're hoping could be a long, loving relationship, there's a slight catch. Not only does she eat her peas one at a time, it also turns out that there's this nightmarish curse thing that sorta claimed the lives of all her previous boyfriends. All of the sudden your ex-girlfriend that used to bite her toenails when she thought you weren't looking, seems like Katy Perry doing topless lunges in comparison. Ahh, the things people will do for love.

"Don't Open the Dooris in post production, and is set to release some time in 2023.
