Our old friend Art the Clown is back for more blood, and the residents of Miles County are about to find out just how much. As everyone prepares for Santa Claus and all the holiday cheer he brings, Art has an agenda of his own, and I'm pretty sure he'll be hanging things other than stockings from the fireplace mantel.
